Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

Lucidcharts was not used in the whole organization to work collaboratively, it was my personal choice. Doing my duties as an advisor I've used Lucidchart as a whiteboard where I created a block diagram, simple for understanding and effective for implementation. I used the export to PDF feature to share the document via email with colleagues.
  • Online service is fast, no delay issues
  • Simple to start
  • Classical interface, old-style but reliable
  • Templates: No real reason to hide some templates behind a paywall. The more templates you give users from start - the more use cases your service will have, the less will be churn rate, more DAU/MAU, more LTV at the end.
  • GUI: Some elements are highlited with mouse coursor and some elements - not. This might be confusing.
  • Split to Lucidchart and Lucidspark is slightly confusing
  • Saved time
  • Used to create an effective block diagram
  • Helped with strategical planning

Virtual whiteboard works great. Simple, fast. Service feels reliable. Everything saved in the cloud and restored with no issues when I lost connection my workstation suddenly shut down. I didn't try collaborative features, can't provide feedback regarding this. I used the export to PDF feature to share the results with the team.

I would recommend it if a person needs an online whiteboard, that looks like a program with a classical interface, with lots of functions

I would probably recommend trying to use it as a company collaboration tool, but the real issue here there are no good examples here how it should be integrated.
