Overall Satisfaction with M1

We use M1 to produce billings to our builders and order inventory

Pros

  • tracks inventory
  • notifications when certain inventory items are running low
  • let's you save directly from program to onedrive

Cons

  • certain times you have to hit F12 over and over to get to the screen you want. I wish it would let you skip
  • the default printing could improve
  • making us more efficient in watching inventory
  • i love how it accounts for items in orders that have not yet been pulled - committed
It has areas where it could improve but all in all, this is great!
I still love Spruce better than M1!

M1 is very suited for running your inventory and keeping close eye on everything. I will say the inventory watching portion is great! It's not great on attaching documents and I wish it was a bit easier to use. I also think receiving in Purchase Orders could be a bit less steps. Have dozens of things to do to get a PO into inventory.
