Overall Satisfaction with M1

We use M1 in every aspect of our business. From quoting to AP. It gives us an all included solution to manage our business from front to back. Including reporting on existing and past jobs for costing and analytics. We love that we can customize M1 to fit our needs and have customized it extensively.

  • Security of data and user control
  • API integrations

Cons

  • Speed of entry screen loading
  • training for users
  • in depth training for more advanced customization
  • before M1, we had no visibility on our overall cost of each job. M1 has improved our ability to quote properly
  • our time tracking on jobs has gone from a manual paper entry to automated with SFE
M1 is designed similar to windows. If you can navigate a tree, you can use M1.

M1 is best suited for an organization looking for a true front to back ERP solution. M1 is okay out of the box, but unless you have someone with the skill set to customize to your liking, it may not be a good fit as each customization provided by M1 is usually a cost.
