Overall Satisfaction with Macola

Macola is being used across the whole organization for all aspects of our production. This includes but is not limited to Accounting processes, Inventory management, Customer support, Sales Leads and shipping and receiving. This software allows us to keep all aspects of business connected in one application.

Until recently, we had Macola as our ERP software and used another software for CRM purposes. We had to use a third party software to connect the two. We are now using Macola for both CRM and ERP and it is working great. Not only do we manage all internal aspects of business but are able to keep up with customers and vendors within the same software linking orders directly to customers.
