We utilize it to address a gap in logging when it comes to tracking AD changes completed by our systems & support teams.

User, GPO, Computer object change auditing
AD activity tracking/auditing such as login failures
LAPS password read auditing
Radius logging

Cons

Better availability of archived logs - remounting logs can be time consuming

Return on Investment

For a minimal investment
Allows for easy expansion into other member servers as needed to provide applicable logging in those environments
Has been greatly scalable to support acquisitions & greenfield environments

Support has been very responsive, which is half of the need in my opinion. They are usually able to reach a positive outcome within a few days at most, depending on severity. And have been available even at some of the oddest times I have needed them.
