Overall Satisfaction with Marketo
Marketo is used by the corporate marketing department to acquire and nurture leads for both our B2B and B2C business units. Marketo allows us to deploy millions of emails a months to our current customers and potential customers. We also use it for B2B landing pages on our website and along with our email campaigns.

We have achieved the ability to engage and grow customers. Marketo is great for this. We are also able to plan and coordinate marketing across our team. Because we have an in-house CRM that we cannot integrate with Marketo, we have not been able to measure our marketing investment as completely as we would like. Right now, we are guessing quite a bit.

In general, Marketo support is one of the best that I have encountered. Occasionally I get someone who doesn't have the answer I am looking for, but they are usually willing to keep looking at my request.
