Overall Satisfaction with Marketo

Marketo is being used across many departments but not all. Marketo is used to send out emails when changes are made in our CRM and it also depends on the actions leads/contacts take. However, we often experience some delay or errors even [though] the program itself is set up correctly, so those important emails (such as reset password...etc.,) are coming from a different tool.
  • Industry leader (thought leader).
  • How users are engaged with their "Community ".
  • Customer support, this is horrible. Hard to hear back from them.
  • There is no "Undo" or "history of change" feature. So no one knows what there was before the change.

Suitable for simple automation. When it's complicated or a database is large, there will be tons of issues and it is hard to hear back from customer support.
