Overall Satisfaction with Marketo

Just by Marketing, but we are enhancing other departments and incorporating their outsourced emails and beginning to create them in Marketo, in addition to marketing and promotional emails.
  • Always working to improve the system and enhance features
  • Pretty good support team and able to help in various ways
  • I'd like to see more email (mobile responsive) templates and better editor usability especially for email, but also landing pages.
  • I would like to see more ways B2C companies can think outside the box and implement new things such as we see with B2B capabilities and launch point partners.

Great tool if you are looking to do more than just one and done emails. Marketo is a robust tool and provides various integrations that tie into other digital platforms to enhance your automated email/web personalization programs
