Overall Satisfaction with MasterControl Manufacturing Excellence

MasterControl Manufacturing Excellence reduces human error and the amount of paper necessary to complete a batch record, making quality review much simpler.

Pros

  • requires training to be completed

Cons

  • Building could be simplified with more user friendly features
  • Significantly reduced paper usage
  • Eliminated the ability for records to be pen and inked
It is hard to build out records without features like drag and drop
