Overall Satisfaction with MasterControl Quality Excellence

We use MasterControl for our quality documents and are looking into logbooks. We were all on paper beforehand. Constantly fixing mistakes manually took up a lot of time. With MasterControl's ease of use, I was able to limit mistakes and easily get a document approved through their workflow setup. I would for sure recommend this system.

  • Easily expandable

Cons

  • Better my tasks view setup
  • More videos for training
  • Better ability to include users without a full license
  • Limit your time fixing mistakes
  • Keep people around longer if they can learn easier
  • Easy to get support for projects
If some people have never been in a system like this before, they need more training than just the intro to MasterControl.
