Overall Satisfaction with MasterControl Quality Excellence
We use MasterControl Quality Excellence as our eQMS and for our digital batch records. We utilize the doc control, risk management, quality events and supplier management modules.
Pros
- They do a good job at simplifying roles and responsibilities
- Their modules interact well with each other
- They have a nice clean landing page with all info needed up front
Cons
- Title search function
- Sometimes the workflow seems to engineered
- Make supplier module more customizable
MasterControl Quality Excellence is far superior than TrackWise and IQVIA SmartSolve
