Cons

  • Complicated workflow management
  • Complicated document structure
  • Complicated user rights
  • 500+ doc revisions per year supported by limited staff (power user + consultant doc control)
  • 100+ change controls managed electronically per year
  • 300 users managed by limited staff
Complexity of config and limited workflow customizability to match business practices or end user expectations. Addressed by new AQEM product, but that is very new
