Overall Satisfaction with MasterControl Quality Excellence

MasterControl Quality Excellence made Managing documents, training process module made my job. Productive and efficient. Track trending. With Registration module liked the checklist templates. Still have glitches with submissions . Looking for fixtures.

Pros

  • Being compliant with documentation process. Easy for periodic review.
  • Being compliant with training
  • Management of changes and deviations and nonconformities.
  • Track the trending in all modules.

Cons

  • Terminology in MOC is bit complicated when compared to real world change control form which is confusing for the end users used to conventional forms and transitioning to MasterControl Quality Excellence.
  • Whenever document is opened it opens in new tab which opens multiple tabs which is confusing.
  • Work flow steps need to be improvised.
  • It meets our company needs and me my job easy with documents and training management which is crucial.
Some processes like workflows need to be improvised.
I like MasterControl Quality Excellence which is single platform to manage all quality systems.
