Overall Satisfaction with MasterControl Quality Excellence

We are still in implementation. I am really pleased with the tools available, but even more excited ethe future improvements. It will be great for the company to have all of our sites in the same system using it the same way. It'll be interesting to see how changes get implemented.

Pros

  • Approvals are static, but consistent.
  • The support group is very responsive.
  • Cloud

Cons

  • They need dynamic routing.
  • Integration with external data could be strengthened.
  • I don't love the color palette
  • Unified methods
Too many clicks needed
More accessible, but much less dynamic.
