Overall Satisfaction with MasterControl Quality Excellence

Our organization uses MasterControl Quality Excellence to manage documents and training. Our biggest issue is getting users to complete training.

Pros

  • Ability to link infocards together. You can link a document to a deviation as proof.
  • Tying training to documents.
  • Ability to see all versions of training and documents.

Cons

  • JReports could be more robust
  • Export training from the document infocard
  • Reduced time to complete deviations
  • Reduced outstanding training
  • Reduced time to revise documents
