Quality Excellence helps to better streamline our documents workflow and who all has access to make changes. Our business issues will be addressed with the ability to re-open events. There have been a handful of times where our customers will want us to re-open an event which has been quite cumbersome.

For someone who trains others on this system, it is really useful and easy to navigate for our tech savvy individuals. However, 25% of our workforce are older individuals who find it hard to navigate
