Use Cases and Deployment Scope

My organization utilizes the Qx module for our specifications, instructional documents, training and others. MasterControl allows us to create, collaborate, review/approve, and release documents all electronically. This is crucial for our operations as we are a global company. We also have started utilizing AQEM and has helped with collaboration and releasing of deviations and NCRs.

Since implementing MC in house it has reduced headcount in multiple areas inside the company

Usability

MasterControl is easy to use, the more you use the system and the more rights/roles you have the more you're able to navigate in the system. It can be harder to navigate the system if you have less role/rights capabilities.
