Overall Satisfaction with MasterControl Quality Excellence

I use MasterControl Quality Excellence for Documents and Training and AQEM. good document secure maintenance. Cuts out the need for excessive paperwork and allows the right users to be assigned to actively engage with system.

  • Community collaboration

Cons

  • Make some hidden features more accessible
  • Layout of detail section comments in a tab
  • Collaboration levels
  • Central location for document training signoff
  • Audit tracking
  • No more paper!
Some functions need detail layout changes but overall is good system.

Document control maintenance and access is great. AQEM improvements are needed but also proactively in process by MasterControl Quality Excellence.
