Overall Satisfaction with MasterControl Quality Excellence

We use all the elements of QMS. Document Control, Training, quality forms and metrology. MasterControl Quality Excellence enables us to completely manage all aspects at the same time, while integrating each part with the other. Our biggest problems were with the training and document revisions.

Pros

Cons

  • Jreports are difficult to use and teach how to use.
  • The cost of customization of form.
  • The training time needed to become proficient is 6 months minimum
  • One Administrator is all that’s needed to oversee the software
  • Training was a problem for us with hundreds of courses to keep track of. MC makes that very easy to manage
  • Upgrades to the cloud reduces the amount of customization you can do.
It’s a great product but is difficult to gain acceptance with in the organization
