We use MasterControl Quality Excellence as our document management system to house/upload all our paper forms. We initiate, track, and trend all our quality events, complaints, and audits in MasterControl Quality Excellence. This makes it easy to look up any document or event from within the system, and the system keeps audit trail of any revisions, and users are able to pull reports from the quality events for quick analysis for trending purposes.
