Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use all quality event management (CAPA, Deviation, complaints, issue review, nonconformance, and change control FBS versions). Currently we are working on configuration for AQEM (Advanced Quality Event Management). Through AQEM the business has addressed several of the end users needs with the customization and functionality AQEM offers. The FBS forms have been better than the SP forms but still do not provide enough customization that AQEM offers.

Usability

The usability of AQEM has made it easier for users the understand processes but FBS and SP forms are not as usually friendly. It is hard to understand the steps in the processes of these forms and what is required/not required. AQEM has allowed for a lot more flexibility in what we would like to see in quality processes.

AQEM will be a complete game changer for our organizer. With the newer features it provides through regulatory chat, SOP analyzer, and the overall customization of the module it can fit the needs of so many organizations. I love the visual representation of the AQEM workflows because it makes it so much easier to understand the lifecycle for end users.
