Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our company predominantly uses the Documents and Training, and the AQEM modules.
You don’t have to be a software engineer to customize the workflows within the AQEM module. AQEM has a simple workflow system with plenty of helpful features that enhance usability for end users.

While the overall system meets our needs, there are a few minor frustrations that impact efficiency. Features like interconnectivity between modules and a few extra navigation steps within a process make the system a bit of a learning curve.
That said, the MasterControl support team is excellent. They are responsive and genuinely committed to improving the user experience. They constantly take feedback back to the MasterControl teams that can fix the issue immediately or add it into the queue for a future update. And they close the feedback loop with quarterly reports on the new system updates.

MasterControl Quality Excellence has some opportunities of improvement within the usability and functions. It’s not as user friendly the first and second time using it, there is definitely a learning curve. But MasterControl Quality Excellence support and accounts teams are constantly taking in feedback and addressing issues as they arise. We are always looking forward to seeing the reports on the new updates.

You will no longer have to navigate through multiple systems to gather data and report trends and KPIs. Insights within MasterControl Quality Excellence pulls the data into customizable dashboards to use as your reports for things like quality events and training.
