Overall Satisfaction with Meltwater Media Intelligence Platform
Our organization uses media monitoring tools daily, and were sold Meltwater on the promise that it would replace our current media monitoring subscription with real-time results. This was false advertising as this was not the product we received.

- We were unable to cancel our other service, therefore paid for two media monitoring services since Meltwater refused any reimbursement for falsely advertised services
