Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Defender XDR
We use Microsoft 365 Defender for real time preventative protection. We use it on our workstations and servers to mitigate any risks. The compliance management and identity management are very useful. It has helped us to prevent huge security breaches. Microsoft 364 Defender will describe the threat as well as recommend activities to protect ourselves.

The IT Security team was more reactive than proactive in the past. There has been time savings with using Microsoft 365 Defender as checking for threats can be found in one place rather than checking in multiple
portals. More IT Security staff were required to work with active threats, research, and plans for potential threat mitigations. Using Microsoft 365 Defender has alleviated the time spent on these tasks.

The ability to monitor and respond using one location has been a primary element to mitigating the threat investigation process. It has freed up time for the IT Security team to take on more projects, enhance our security posture, and become more prepared.
We have used Microsoft 365 Defender's automated investigation and response with self-healing capabilities. We have sent files to quarantine, stopped a process, isolated a device, and blocked URLs. We have leveraged its ability to employ quick and intelligent analysis of security events which has allowed us to fend off malicious vulnerabilities.

Microsoft 365 Defender is a bit more complex. Microsoft 365 Defender appears to be more feature-rich and customizable. Using Microsoft's portal and its ability to provide automated responses is a great feature which provides such a time savings. The integration is simple and was seamless. Microsoft 365 Defender included all the compliance features including Intune.
