Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint

Our use to protect our end users device to avoid attack, avoiding ware, avoid virals and other kind of malwares. So help us to reduce the risk, the cyber risk, bringing by our end users.

Pros

  • The products can protect and avoid attackers to gain access to the machines, virus that compromise end user's assets. And the products also give us some alerts and reports that we make sure that our environment is safe.

Cons

  • I think the integration with other products that give us visibility for all the environment is one of them. For instance, how can I connect the hazards, the property with a cyber risk management tool to help us to manage the other risks, the cyber risks in a globally view.
  • It's a little bit difficult to measure this because it's a cybersecurity and usually it's not connected to directly to the or reasons of the company. But how we reduce risk of not being available for our customers. It's something that bring us a little bit of, we can explain how we are spending money for this kind of product.
Because it's too easy to use it. Easy to deploy. It's easy to have a lot of reports in their console.
The detection, the detection feature, incident response automatically. The incident response feature and the connection with the Sentinel One. Okay. And so how are you using these? We're using this to help us to map more false positives, so to decrease the number of the false positives and to have the number of incidents that we have and to make it easier to defend all the equipment.
Almost 5,000. Windows, Macs, windows server, and then someone server.
Majorly because our suite is Microsoft, so make totally sense to have this in the company and the price. It is Microsoft is better than CrowdStrike.
