Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Today we are leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as our ERP solution to help us manage and automate sales, purchase, shipment and inventory data across our organization the globe. With Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, we have built out automated workflows for our AP/AR processes to eliminate hours of time spent reconciling invoices, purchase orders, shipping documents and receipts. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central has also increased our capacity for better reporting and visibility into our finances, inventory position and in-transit inventory liabilities. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central fits well with our other Microsoft Products across our organization and solves our needs for an ERP with a cost effective solution. It's no frills, but it's reliable and works for our business.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central UI/UX is a bit clunky to learn at first and depending on how you are hosting it or managing it it might be slow to utilize and run multiple functions at the same time. It does however manage everything very well, has strong SOPs/steps and controls to avoid mistakes or errors and is configurable to your different needs

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is for good for businesses that have a large client set and pretty consistent, regular business and standardized business flows that allows for building out automation / standardized workflows. I think a more dynamic, changing business heavy in e-commerce would struggle to use Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central effectively and may have to spend a lot of time and effort developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to have the full capabilities they need
