Overall Satisfaction with Mineral
We use the Mineral platform as another tool for HR Compliance, Training in Safety, Customer Service, Professional Development, templates for letters, policies and law alerts.
We don't have many problems. We mainly use the system to stay ahead of the law and to keep our employees current on training as we continue to grow our employees to give them the tools to be successful as they move up in their careers.

- The law alerts are great especially since we are in two different states
- They have an elaborate course catalog of training and the dashboard is a great tool when keeping track of the staff accomplishments
- I especially like the Checklist they have in the Resources tool to ensure nothing is missed so we can stay in compliance
- The template toolkits are very easy to understand and follow
- I wish we could upload the employee handbook instead of adding it one piece at a time
- Under safety, our WC mod rate went down due to the employee's engagement in trainings
Safety Skills have more safety topics but Mineral safety videos are good too.
In some ways, I prefer Mineral over Shrm due to the ease of finding the templates that I am looking for.
It would be nice if they had an HR conference too because I never heard of Mineral until it was introduce to use by one of our vendors.
