Overall Satisfaction with Mineral by Mitratech

We used Mineral to push out compliance training for all employees within our organization. We needed to ensure uniformly that our employees were getting the required ethical and legal training when they were onboarded with our company. By pre-boarding the employees into Mineral's system, we were able to have new hires, regardless of exempt or non-exempt status, have access to the platform. We introduced each employee to Mineral, provided them with credentials, and set them up to complete training during their onboarding week.

Pros

Cons

  • Onboarding employees individually was cumbersome.
  • Completed all required compliance training for our organization on a regular basis.
  • Helped keep our HR team on top of training and knowledgeable about compliance, ethics, and legal matters.
From a user's standpoint, the platform was really easy to navigate, both from the employer and employee standpoints. I had no issues uploading employee information so they had access on day one, and I often helped employees access the platform and make sure they were set to complete their training. It was not often that we encountered an error, and when we did, it was easy to resolve for the employees.

We previously used ThinkHR, which I believe changed to Mineral. Outside of that, it was really just manual training with presentations and slide decks.

My company used the platform specifically to ensure employees had access to uniform compliance/HR training materials. We didn't use it much outside of that, except maybe to provide additional required training. It would be beneficial if an individual or company needed a solution like this. Individually, our HR team would also review training for ourselves when we had questions about something.
