Overall Satisfaction with Mozilla Firefox

Mozilla Firefox is an ideal browser for an organization like mine that works in many different sectors (education, healthcare, community services, and research.) Because it has a great capacity for customization, Mozilla Firefox allows me to change the platform to suit my specific business needs across different sectors and contexts. Plugins are easy to add and offer value in many different settings.

Mozilla Firefox is very simple and easy to use. It is user-friendly and encourages users to be "in the drivers' seat" rather than passively taking in information like on some standard browsers. It is fast and simple, and allows the user to make things exactly to their liking. It is also easy to alter the visual "skin" of the browser, which is more fun and quirky for the user.
Mozilla Firefox is faster, more efficient, and has less "bloatware" than Microsoft Edge, which is a frustrating and inefficient browser. It is a much smoother and more pleasant browsing experience.

Mozilla Firefox is more user-focused and asset-based than Google Chrome, which is too dependent on Google Suite of products and doesn't allow the end user as much choice or customization.
