Overall Satisfaction with MRI Residential Management
MRI (formerly known as Integratec) is utilized by my organization in order to maintain asset management on deals where we have provided debt and equity. Concurrently, it's being used specifically in our line of business to obtain information on the operations of our maintained project partnerships. The business problems it addresses are timely information (if it's uploaded by the real estate owner operator), quick download of static information (names, addresses, etc.) and it's easily accessible via the cloud and single log-in.

- Graphic User Interface is intuitive
- Can export to various reports (PDF, Excel, Crystal)
- Sometimes the data that is outputted is not consistent (back end of the database is constantly being updated), have to follow up with our client relationship manager
- Sometimes very rigid
- Incremental cost to add on information (if we want MRI to host certain documents in the cloud)
- Less reliance on line of business only databases (essbase and access)
- Quicker access to operating statements
- Less double work (saving items in the cloud versus in the drive)
We had a proprietary access database, but wanted to utilize MRI because of support (annual fee is in the tens of thousands versus a hundred thousand plus build out). The user interface is pretty straight forward, and there is available training as well. Updates are done online via the SAAS website so we don't have to worry about any coding issues here in house.
