Overall Satisfaction with MxToolBox

It is used to investigate legitimacy of suspicious emails. Whenever I need to dig deeper into an email message to understand where it was sent from, check DNS authentication status and overall validity of email I leverage several of the tools within MxToolBox arsenal.

  • Overall I'm satisfied with most of their features, can't think of something

  • It helps provide clarity to executive team when suspicious emails arrive
MxToolBox provides a great set of tools that separate it from the competition. I have not found an app with such a comprehensive set of tools similar to MxToolBox.

It's really useful for basic investigation of email headers, determining latency with email traffic and sometimes pinpoint bottleneck source. Additionally, I really like how you can pivot from one test to the next within the site to expand on your investigation, so I can review MX records then review SPF and DMARC etc.
