Overall Satisfaction with MxToolBox
It is primarily used as an external checker for DNS related items. For instance, when we would need to make changes to the organizaitons SPF, we would utilize MXToolBox's SPF checker before committing our changes to external DNS. It was also heavily utilized as a troubleshooting tool whenever we had issues from outside the organization.

- SPF, DMARC and other email functionality verification

- All the most used tools are free yet saved many headaches that would have impacted the org
