Overall Satisfaction with Network for Good
Network for Good helps us with volunteer management across our entire affiliate. It is great for keeping track or our donor database and allows us to reach our entire network quickly with email blasts. I am relatively new to my position and feel as if NFG guides me through the process to achieve the best results.
- Provides examples
- Tracks donors and their private info
- Keeps me on track for my next best step.
- The contact search bar has to be exact, sometimes this causes us to duplicate
- We have had an issue with spam and it duplicated one spam contact over 200 times, it was resolved quickly.
