Overall Satisfaction with Network for Good

Our Development and Finance departments use Network for Good to keep track of donations and to communicate with donors.
  • Their customer service is excellent.
  • Their interface is very easy to use.
  • They have a lot of education opportunities.
  • Their price point is very reasonable.
  • Easy functioning for recording grants.
  • It took some getting used to learning which interface to use - the donor info back end or the donation platform front end.

We moved to Network for Good after using eTapestry for many years. Our organization had a lot of turnover and it was hard for the new person to learn how to use eTapestry and the company didn't have any options for onboarding new users. Network for Good's customer service is top notch and has been so helpful in answering questions and helping new users get comfortable with using the software.
