Overall Satisfaction with Network for Good

We used Neon when I first joined CFO; getting reports out of it wasn't easy and using the chat was the only way to communicate with Neon's customer service. That proved frustrating when we needed our information right away.
Last summer we searched for a new CRM and after checking a few companies out, we chose Network For Good. We are truly happy with our decision to go with Network For Good! Running reports, updating and adding donor information is simple and user friendly, and when we do need to contact customer service, they answer our call immediately and are available for us.

Moreover, we're able to send our donor e-blasts using Network For Good, which enabled us to cancel our Constant Contact subscription and transfer that money to our programming. I am a huge fan of Network For Good's customer service gurus, particularly Francesca, who always welcomes me and is a true delight to interact with. Thank goodness for Network For Good!
