Network for Good is our donor recruitment, cultivation, management, and communication platform.

Pros

Cons

  • Eblast communication function is a little clunky; platforms like Constant Contact are more intuitive and more user-friendly.
  • Letter templates are difficult to use -- it's hard to make formatting changes, i.e. font size, content placement, etc.
  • No built in wealth screening
  • Filtering options aren't always intuitive or easy to figure out; we call their tech support fairly often.
  • Integrated donor management/communications
  • Video messaging
  • Peer to peer fundraising
  • Our individual donations increased 78% the year we started using Network for Good and have remained steady since then.

I can really only speak to our experience as a small nonprofit with limited development capacity and no prior experience with a similar donor management system. It really worked well for us in this context -- it was a game-changer for us in terms of building our fundraising from individual donations. It's like having a development/communications person on our small team -- the fundraising templates, video messaging feature, and combined donor management/communication are incredibly powerful for us.
