Cons
- Eblast communication function is a little clunky; platforms like Constant Contact are more intuitive and more user-friendly.
- Letter templates are difficult to use -- it's hard to make formatting changes, i.e. font size, content placement, etc.
- No built in wealth screening
- Filtering options aren't always intuitive or easy to figure out; we call their tech support fairly often.
