Overall Satisfaction with Network for Good

Before Network for Good, we were keeping track of our donation amounts and donor contact info in Excel spreadsheets. Network for Good allowed us to merge this information and keep track of it in a much more reliable, organized, and efficient way. We were pleasantly surprised by the added benefits that come with Network for Good beyond just being able to keep track of data and pull reports. We are so excited to dive into using the email and video communication tools to let our donors know what we're up to!

  • Confusing to decide if you're pulling a contact report or a donation report.

  • Integrated communication tools
  • Increased efficiencies by keeping data all in one place.
  • Allows us to make more data informed decisions.

Network for Good is great for our "small shop." It is extremely user-friendly and gives us the power to use our donor data in many ways, including donor communications. The large-scale event tools will allow us some room to grow and will be more appropriate as our capacity expands. I could see this system being too simple for very large organizations.
