Overall Satisfaction with Network for Good

We use Network for Good to manage our donor database and track fundraising and online ticket sales and events. The dashboard provides an easily accessible place to track our revenue daily. We love the built-in acknowledgments that allow us to thank donors immediately.

Pros

  • The software is easy to learn and use. It is intuitive, so even if you don't know how to perform a certain task, it is easy to figure it out.
  • I use the dashboard feature multiple times a day to look at incoming revenue, donor activity, and budget comparison.

Cons

  • The ability to merge duplicate contacts that aren't on the notification list could be improved. I feel like it requires more steps than it needs to currently.

We are a very small organization, and Network for Good is a good fit for us. Its ease of use and donor management are the things I appreciate the most. The ability to send immediate thank you emails/letters is important to us and makes donor management quick and easy.
