Overall Satisfaction with Network for Good

Network for good has been our campaign and network donor portal for several years. They help us with donor retention and reporting. They are a great help in conjunction with our direct mail distributor as they create a donor landing page to lead potential donors in the right direction to help our clients with monetary donations. We are currently using their older Donate now page as we have been grandfathered

  • They have helped keep recurring donors
  • Their legacy donate now page has become archaic and forces you into a more expensive subscription for basic features
  • They are not working well with other software to keep reporting convenient and consistent.
Network for Good has been good to us over the years but with their current move into more expensive subscription models, we are looking for new software that will be able to stack against them. They have become too expensive for us to simply use them as a dedicated donate page provider. We are looking for something that will integrate into our records system more easily.

Network for Good has been great for a specific "Donate Now" functionality as well as campaign creation but they have lately tried to move everything into an upsell model that has more features than we need. They are moving into an "all or nothing" approach with their programs and integration that makes it difficult to move away from them or for them to work with other software.
