Network for good costs have swelled beyond our price range but good for those that can afford.
Overall Satisfaction with Network for Good
Network for good has been our campaign and network donor portal for several years. They help us with donor retention and reporting. They are a great help in conjunction with our direct mail distributor as they create a donor landing page to lead potential donors in the right direction to help our clients with monetary donations. We are currently using their older Donate now page as we have been grandfathered
Pros
- Donor reporting
- Event creation
- Donor Campaigns
Cons
- Syncing with outside software
- Customer Service
- functionality
- Campaign Creation
- Donate Now
- Reporting
- Event Creation
- They have helped keep recurring donors
- Their legacy donate now page has become archaic and forces you into a more expensive subscription for basic features
- They are not working well with other software to keep reporting convenient and consistent.
- Bloomerang, Kindful and a Bloomerang product
Network for Good has been good to us over the years but with their current move into more expensive subscription models, we are looking for new software that will be able to stack against them. They have become too expensive for us to simply use them as a dedicated donate page provider. We are looking for something that will integrate into our records system more easily.
