Overall Satisfaction with Network for Good
We use Network for Good for donor management, event fundraising, text messaging donors, and video thank yous to acknowledge our donors. Fundraising is the number one reason we use this software, and it is easy to use and our donors really appreciate that we can send thank you videos, texts, and more.
Pros
- Video thank yous to donors

- Donor tracking
Cons
- Linking married people. For example, my Finance Director gives annually and so does her husband. If I want to send her a thank you video because she donated, I have to delete his phone number and input her's. I could list her as a separate donor but that seems silly.
- Grant management--add this feature and we would drop our other software we use to track those. It's a bear right now.

Raiser's Edge was too robost for the size of our organization. It is geared more towards universities. We needed a donor management software we could do more with without spending $15,000 per year. Network for Good fits the bill.
