Thrilled with Network for Good
Overall Satisfaction with Network for Good
We use Network for Good as our donor management system and for part of our program. Veteran applications are done through Network for Good, and until our veterans are onboarded, all communications are done through Network for Good as well. We use Network for Good forms to create our donation pages, acknowledgments, and applications.

We love what Salesforce is trying to do, but it was too hard for us and too costly to get Salesforce where we needed it. We had a horrible experience with onboarding, so the entire experience was negative. We do not believe it was because of Salesforce; they tried to help. It cost us thousands to onboard, and the onboarding was done wrong.
Network for Good made onboarding easy. We were able to onboard with minimal help and at no cost. It has been a blessing.
