Overall Satisfaction with NINJIO

We use NINJIO to keep employees informed and aware of the importance of cyber security. Using NINJIO helps keep security top-of-mind and alert to potential incoming breaches. We have been able to recognize phishing emails and other types of security threats through the training these videos provide. Everyone enjoys these short videos so it is easy to get everyone to watch them within a couple of days of receiving the email notification of a new video.

  • The reminder emails are helpful in solidifying the facts on the videos
  • I wish I could be more helpful in this area, but we are so pleased with NINJIO program as it currently is.

I have always received very timely responses to my questions or inquiries. I feel NINJIO has been very forthcoming with changes and/or issues that arise by sharing information before being asked.

We were going to cancel NINJIO because our IT service provider was offering similar video training at no charge to us. Their videos did not compare to NINJIO. Employees did not enjoy watching them and paying attention was more difficult for them. The other videos were 15-20 minutes which in my opinion too long and the retention level was not equal to NINJIO. So while we were not charged for their videos, the benefit was not there.
We feel the contract is very reasonable.
We have benefited most with regard to email and cyber security. We don't use or save or store credit card information or bank accounts so that is not an as likely risk for our business. I think there was only one video that was not as applicable to our business, but I allowed it to be sent to employees because I could see how individuals could benefit in their personal lives. We do business with banks and receive security audits by our clients at least annually. One area auditors scrutinize is what kind of training we provide to employees for cyber security awareness. Having a program that is monthly and ongoing throughout the year has been well received as appose to providing a once or twice a year training program.
