Oracle Analytics Cloud is a business intelligence platform that we use in our organization to execute analytics and institute sound decision making an proper planning that's informed by data and empirical evidence. The platform is used in the whole of our organization and our departments use it to analyze their performance [and] understand customer preferences among others. With the platform in place we are empowered to enhance our portfolio through proper planning and sound decision making.

Pros

  • The platform is simple to use and everyone including SMEs are able to use it perfectly.
  • Empowers users to access data and analytics even from a mobile device further enhancing its usage.
  • Customer support is available and willing to support all users in using the platform efficiently.

Cons

  • Sometimes poor internet connections impede the proper working of the platform.
