It is being used across the enterprise. Cross functional reporting issues are well addressed using Oracle BI.

  • Better integration with Oracle R12
  • Ease of Use and scalability
  • Customizations for complex requirements

Cons

  • Performance is a bit slow and needs improvement
  • Better visualizations are needed to compete with other competitive tools.
  • Scalable and customizable
  • Is more expensive and longer time to deploy
well suited for enterprise wide cross functional reporting. But less suited for fast easy deployments and AD hoc usage with business
