It was used across all department to attend to variety of problems, including buying items for financial accounting.
  • User can use a friendly website to do their work.
  • User can be assured that the system will pickup any user errors.
  • The user can be affirmed that oracle can handle the volume of data query everyday.
  • Well done reporting.
  • The number of layers involved to actually use the program.
  • The number of software need to install to use the information system linked to it.
  • The compatibility issues as you upgrade to later operating systems.
  • The amount of time technician need to setup the system for new incoming employees.
Retail it [is] suited. As for informal sectors and small business it not well suited due to the specialty of support needed.
