Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Cloud ERP

AP - post invoices, payments, OTBI tool and Scheduled Processes
AR - post different kinds of transactions (invoices, refunds, credit memos etc), manage cash, manag customers, use OTBI tool and Scheduled processes
Expense reporting - create/submit/audit/approve expense reports, use Scheduled processes
  • Approval chains work good
  • Expense reporting module is pretty much straightforward
  • Interface is not too user-friendly
  • Too slow
  • Some processes were automated

Some existing company processes had to be changed because they couldn't be implemented in Oracle. Some processes still function outside of Oracle, and it doesn't seem like they will ever be implemented into Oracle.
