Oracle CX Sales has been used at the company level as there are numerous problems that have been resolved by using this platform, some of them are Self Service: With the knowledge base available, Clients does not need any support from salespeople, they can easily do it through the knowledge base available. Incident Management: Anyone putting any incident on any social media platform or on phone or chat or sms, it informs and manages quickly. Companies search: With the search module for companies, it gets very easy to search data.

As compared to other CRM's, this happens to be one of the best and affordable as there are some cons, but the pros are great, and I have seen an increase in sales by using this platform. It works great for the sales process from start to end, like lead generation to closure.

As mentioned earlier, this product has been great for our organisation and beneficial too as it increased the sales as well as running the sales process smoothly.
As mentioned earlier, it is proved to be great for our organisation as it increased the sales.
This is generally used where there is a large number of employees in the organisation who are doing sales as it is difficult to keep track of everyone, so it can fetch all the data in one place. This is CRM and used where all information related to sales needs to be stored like leads, pipeline, updates, closure, etc. This also does the implementation process.
