Oracle eBusiness Suite is currently being used by our organization to track requisitions, issue purchase orders, create positions within our Hunan Resources department, generate reports for various departments, and keep a record of all employee information. It’s also being used for some custom Human Resources information for awards and disciplinary issues.
- It keeps a thorough database with a lot of information.
- It communicates between various responsibilities.
- Allows for report generation.
- Has a steep learning curve.
- The error codes are a bit ambiguous.
- It's expensive to implement and maintain.
- Tracking of employees = time saved manually pulling records.
- The ability to compare multiple bids = saved money.
- It has streamlined the process from requisition to purchased product/service.

Oracle eBusiness Suite is a much more powerful program than any other I have used. The software’s GUI seamlessly integrates between the raw database tables and the reports or information that our end users need to access. It also has some extremely powerful tools to track and report on large amounts of data.
