Overall Satisfaction with Oracle eBusiness Suite

It is being used across the organization in finance, accounts payable, account receivables, order management, HR, and supply chain processes. We are a 24-hour environment and Oracle eBusiness is fully catering to all the organization's business needs.

Pros

  • Comprehensive.
  • Fully integrated.
  • Easy to implement.

Cons

  • Some of the HR modules could be improved.
  • I am unsure of that information.
Oracle eBusiness is well suited for an organization that requires all the areas of IT and business operations to be integrated. It is very cost effective that way. Otherwise, you'd be implementing one software or application for each module which would be very expensive and integrating them could be a complicated process. Also, reporting is made easier by having them all in one database.
