Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Eloqua

We use Eloqua across the whole organization. We use it for internal and external marketing. We have used it as a campaign driver for cross-channel marketing over the last year.
  • Campaign Management
  • Metric - Results - Analytics
  • Segment / Cross-Connection between CRM
  • Email Editor - They have made improvements, but it isn't perfect.
  • Landing Page Editor - This could be MUCH more user friendly and Responsive design
  • Grabbing data from across all method of marketing - Social, etc. Whole 360 view of a customer journey
We are able to scale it across the different business units that we have here within our company.
  • We have had a lot of success with getting the message in front of our customers earlier and more often with the use of Eloqua. Our open rate has been great and helps move us to the next level of marketing
We are a B2B business so it works great for what we are working with. I can't imagine working with it in a retail, fast paced environment.
